Вопрос!!!

Оплатил премиум, после часа игры меня заблочили, пишет мультиконто или что-то такое, играю с братом с одного компа, ник в игре Udav, у брата IIIPoliakIII, у него тоже самое, что нужно сделать чтобы разблокировать и больше не блочить?
