Помогите разобраться с перемещением и осадой!

У меня может и глупый вопрос но я новичек и меня интересует следующие:
При перемещении в другой сектор мои постройки сохраняться?
и тот же вопрос про зону!?

два раза нет)))
если хочешь переехать на уже заселённый квадрат-у тебя будут все постройки предыдущего хозяина.если хочешь на незаселённый квадрат в любой зоне-там вообще ничего не будет
